Why We Exist Today
Dr Suman led an exemplary life, managing not only her duties as a doctor with honors, but also shouldering the burden of her whole family through her livelihood. She gave birth to 4 daughters, who in turn are exemplary figures in their own respective careers.
The first three daughters — Dr Vanie, Dr Vidhu, and Dr Zeenie — went on to follow in her footsteps of practicing OB/Gynae, among other specialities. The fourth daughter Shreya, who went on to become an architect, inherited her philanthropic drive and started the Suman Sarda Foundation.
Inspired by Dr. Suman's extensive charitable work, including but not limited to the Arya Kanya Gurukul and the Krishna Charitable Hospital in Ludhiana, the Suman Sarda Foundation aims to create meaningful lives for a lot of forgotten young children who would otherwise be condemned to a live of poverty, squalor and disease.

Shreya S
Founder, Networking Head and Chief Trustee
Shreya is the youngest daughter of Dr Suman Sarda, and is the driving force behind this foundation. Her background is in Architecture and Interior Design, and she also runs her own successful studio Bespoke Spaces by Shreya out of Gurgaon.
She was inspired by her mother's compassion and drive to make a positive change in the world, hence she decided to continue the spirit of Dr Suman's philanthropy through the conception of the Suman Sarda Foundation.
Priyanshu
Founder, Admin and Outreach Head
Priyanshu is a bright and energetic young mind, and an active social worker. He brings his NGO experience to help Suman Sarda Foundation operate effectively, and his compassionate and proactive nature makes him an invaluable asset to the organization in reaching out to the people who most need our help.
Vishesh
Founder, Head of Visual Communication
Vishesh is the eldest maternal grandson of Dr Suman Sarda, and was also inspired by her to join the cause, to help underprivileged girls in his hometown of Ludhiana.
He is a brand marketing designer by profession, and runs his own design agency Unblok Creative from Ludhiana.
Vishesh's visual creativity and empathetic nature enables him to add value to Suman Sarda Foundation through impactful visual design.
